UKS2 – Town Planning – Year 6

Today, Year 6 pupils were lucky enough to have a workshop with Leeds City Council, which introduced them to urban planning. Students worked in groups of approx. 8 per table where they were asked to create their ideal city, town, village or neighbourhood. Groups had to use post-it notes to write down their justification for why they’re choosing what they had and feedback their choices to the Leeds City Council visitors.
