UKS2 – Year 5 – Leeds Lieder

At the end of last week, some children from Year 5 had the opportunity to attend a concert led by Leeds Lieder which followed the workshop before half-term.

The children enjoyed performances in the style of art song. This included music composed by Schubert, Britten, Scarlatti and Bennett. 

It was a fantastic afternoon, which concluded in the children performing the song they had composed during the workshop. They sang beautifully and with confidence – well done!
