LKS2 – Class 4 – PSHE

In Year 3 for PSHE, we looked at different types of family structures. We discussed differences between the families like, families with different races or ethnicities, different number of children, families with different numbers of parents or same gendered parents. Families are made in different ways and have different beliefs, ideas and ways of doing things. Some families have religious practices. Some families work, some stay at home. Some families live in their homes for a long time while some move around a lot. We then drew a picture of our family and included words that we could use to describe them.
