Minibus – Permission Form

As you may be aware, we have recently purchased a minibus to support the teaching of the curriculum. The minibus will be used to facilitate forest school and extra-curricular activities both during and after the school day.

So that we are able to use this effectively, we would like your permission for your child to ride on the bus. This will ensure we do not have to send a form every time we intend to use it.
