LKS2 – Weekly Message!

A big smiley hello to all of our LKS2 children and their wonderful families.

We hope you are all well and keeping as safe as can be yet managing to have a lot of fun like we have too!  

Here is an update of what your teachers have been up to:

Miss Boyd has been baking lots and lots of tasty treats. She has made a scrumptious vanilla cheesecake sprinkled with mini eggs for Easter and even attempted to make her own bread! She has also been painting a mixture of items such as pictures to go around her house and even her bedroom furniture!

Miss Briscoe has been busy competing in ‘mud pie master chef’ with her children, alongside spotting mysterious animal tracks and painting rainbows to cheer on the NHS and make the community smile.

Miss Evans has been making the most of her daily exercise and has been going on many walks around her home in Meanwood. She has also been using her creativity skills to make a bunch of different, delicious smoothies. Her favourite thing to do has been participating in many quizzes with her friends and family creating figurines out of tin foil!

Mr Gamble has also been using his creativity skills to decorate his home. Mrs Pattinson has been having BBQ’s in her garden and also working on her gardening skills.

A little reminder that the home learning folder for years 3 and 4 will be changing on Monday with new work for the next 2 weeks in Maths, Reading, Writing, SPaG and Topic. Spelling Shed and T T Rockstars will also have new tasks online when you follow the link from the school website page.
