Milk September

Dear Parents/ Carers

If you would like your child to have a carton of milk every day from September 2020 please fill in the attached form. The cost will be £36.00 for the whole year or Free if your child is entitled to Free school meals (Not Universal Free School meals).

If you have any outstanding balances from previous years your child will not be able to have milk until the full amount is paid. Please contact the school office if you have any queries (0113 3862500).

Due to CV19 we finished school in March therefore if you paid for your childs milk we will deduct the cost of milk not taken from your childs 2020/2021 charge on ParentPay.
