Year 3 – Forest Schools – Stone Age Day

Pupils in Year 3 threw themselves into our Forest Schools day and revelled in the chance to ‘survive a day in the Stone Age.’ Tribes worked together to create a shelter, tribe standard and solved a range of problems in order to be a successful and powerful group. Pupils turned into hunter gatherers in order to provide food for themselves and spurced natural materials to to create hunting weapons to catch their food or trade with other tribes.
