IMPORTANT – positive COVID-19 test results over the Christmas holidays

Should your child test positive for COVID-19 between the end of term and 3pm on Christmas Eve please contact school immediately using info@cookridge.leeds.sch.uk.  leaving as much detail as possible including

• the date your child developed symptoms (if they had any)
• a copy of the test results
• a contact number school can reach you on

If your child tests positive for COVID-19 after 3pm on Christmas please follow the guidance provided by Test and Trace.
