UKS2 Newsletter 17-5-19

Thankfully, the end of key stage 2 assessments are over! Year 6 have been calm, methodical and unrelenting this week! They have demonstrated that persistence and determination win the day. We’d like to thank their incredible efforts this week when faced with such challenging papers. It must have been the daily Tai Chi or was it the free breakfast?

In English, Year 5 have been practicing their poetry skills. We were impressed with the children’s super outcomes. We are looking forward to them writing their own poems in the coming weeks! In Maths Year 5 have been focusing on 3D shape and arithmetic.
