Year 5 – Classes 7/8 – Plastic Pollution

This week in English, Year 5 have been learning all about the effects of plastic on our planet. The children have come up with some fantastic solutions that will help our planet decrease the amount of single use plastic end up in our oceans. Over the course of next week, we will be writing letters to explain all the negative effects of plastic and to provide our great, tangible solutions to helping Leeds become a city that reduces the use of single use plastic.
