EYFS – Reception A/B – Newsletter

We have had a fantastic fun-filled week in Reception!

At the start of the week we visited our school field and garden to do some Forest Schools skills. The children helped to water and weed the beds in our polytunnel and had great fun building dens among the trees!

We’ve also been preparing for next week by creating posters and advertising our upcoming car wash.  The children have also enjoyed practicing their skills by washing the bikes in our playground areas.

On Thursday, the children enjoyed some time in the school library to explore all the books on offer and listening to a story read by Mr Joy. From next week the children will be choosing books from the library to bring home to read too!
