Nurture Group – Forest School
Nurture Group braved the wind and rain this morning in our Forest School session to carry on our work from the classroom on poppies and Remembrance Day. We began by talking about poppies, why they were important and the colours we could see on them. Pupils were then tasked with finding the colours we needed (red, black, green) to make our own poppy out of natural resources. Despite the torrential rain, pupils found everything they needed and headed to the poly tunnel to create a poppy using the materials they’d found.
