The Tunnel of Darkness appeared in our classroom recently. This is a mysterious tunnel with secrets hidden inside. To enter this tunnel the children had to neatly write a question to ask for permission to enter and then use a torch to see what they could find inside. Once they had emerged out of the darkness they were challenged to write a sentence explaining what they had found, following which, they were then rewarded with 5 whole team points!
The children have loved exploring the tunnel and have done some super pieces of writing.
