LKS2 – Class 6 & 7 – Maths

In Maths this week, we looked at recognising and writing decimal equivalents of tenths and hundredths. To start with, children were given fractions and decimals. In teams, they had to match the decimals with the fraction equivalent. They included tenths, hundredths and even some thousandths. Once the team had matched them up successfully, they were given a number line and they had to put the decimals on in order of size.
