LKS2 – C4 and C6- Maths

Today we used our knowledge of comparing and ordering unit fractions to compare and order non-unit fractions. We focussed on comparing and ordering fractions with the same denominator. We ordered fractions on paper from smallest to greatest and then greatest to smallest. We used the sentence stems

We then Matched different representations of fractions such as their numeral form, word form and pictorial and discussed which was greater/smaller and how we know.
