Christmas Fair – Token System

This year we are rolling out a token system for the Christmas fair with the aim of avoiding the difficulty in arranging a float and ensuring you all receive the correct change. It will also hopefully avoid large queues building up within the hall as stalls will be much more efficient.

All stalls, including food and drink, will use tokens therefore you must purchase these upon entering the fair. Each token is worth 50p and all items that can be purchased at the fair will be a multiple of 50p (e.g. 50p, £1, £1.50 etc.). You will not be able to purchase items, games or raffle tickets at the stalls without a token.

If you would like to purchase your tokens before the day of the fair to avoid queueing to get in, these can be purchased from a stall on the main playground at the end of today (30.11.23) and at the entrance to the fair on Friday (01.12.23).
