During our forest school session today, we braved the wet weather and decided to use what we had learn’t in healthy week to help us keep active – so we created an obstacle course to help us do this. As well as that we have learn’t it is just as important to look after your mind as it is your body so some of us decided to create some mindfulness shelters.
