Flu Immunisation

Dear Parents, 

Please find attached the information regarding the flu vaccination programme for this year. The link to fill in consent for this is on the letter. If you do not complete this your child will not receive the vaccine. 

The immunisation team will be in school on December 10th. 

This is an external agency and the school office are not involved in the consent or refusal of the vaccines. 

If your child misses the vaccine school can not rearrange this. You will need to follow the instructions on the letter attached.
