Friday 25th March – Blue and Yellow Non uniform day

Some of our children along with the RP reps have decided that they would like to hold a fundraiser for the people who have fled their homes to escape the conflict in Ukraine. The children have therefore decided they would like to have a non uniform day to try and raise some funds to help the appeal. 

This Friday 25th March, Cookridge Primary School will be having a non uniform day where the children are invited, if they wish, to wear yellow and blue and to bring a minimum donation of £1 to be put towards the Disasters Emergency Committee. This will help provide food, water, shelter and healthcare to Ukrainian refugees and displaced families.

If you could bring your donation in cash on Friday morning and your child will hand it to their class teacher. This is purely voluntary, if you do not wish to take part please send your child in normal school uniform.
