KS1 – Summer Party – Forest School

KS1 have spent their day celebrating summer with a Forest School party! Like all good parties, there were lots of things to do like playing Forest School games and making party hats using card, glue and loose parts which children found around the school grounds. If children needed a break, they could spend some time in the hammocks or doing a bit of outdoor yoga to exercise their minds as well as their bodies. To end the party, some children performed songs they wrote using loose parts as instruments. They were so catchy we were all still humming and tapping along to the beats way after they had finished!
