New starters 2024 and Wrap around care.

Good Afternoon,

We are now rolling out the places for new starters for our wrap around care facility ‘Beehive’

You will be able to block book for the entire school year and pay this monthly (in advance of the coming month), and add ad-hoc bookings as required. Ad hoc bookings need to be made 24 hours in advance online, but if you find yourself in an emergency just ring the office and we will do our best to accommodate your booking.

These spaces are on a first come, first served basis although as a general rule of thumb there is room most nights. Even if you do not intend to use Beehive, it is always useful to have an account as we accept ad hoc bookings, as we know parenthood likes to throw us a curveball!

Breakfast club

Breakfast Club is from 7.30am – 8.40am.

Breakfast will consist of cereal/porridge, toast (with a selection of spreads), fresh fruit and a hot or cold drink.

We will endeavour to cater for all special dietary requirements – please consult with the club manager.

All children will be taken to their classrooms at 8.40am

After School

After School is from 3.20pm – 5.45pm.

Short Session is 3.20pm to 4.35pm

Long Session 3.20pm to 5.45pm

Late pick up’s are chargeable. Find full details in the T and C’s

We will provide a snack with a drink.

There will be activities at the After School Club such as art, craft, board games, ICT, play and (weather permitting) outdoor activities. We will also provide an area for reading and homework.

Children will be escorted from their classrooms and taken to the club by a member of staff. Pupils will be collected from after school clubs, where applicable.

All children will be registered by the Club leaders upon their arrival at the club.

The prices are as follows.

Breakfast club £6.00

After School short session £7.50

After School Full session £12.00
