Parent survey for School Food Friendly Status

Dear Parents,

Your child’s school has recently self-evaluated for School Food Friendly Status. The school will shortly be externally validated and we would like to include your views as part of the process.  We have created a short survey which we would like to ask you to complete. All responses will be anonymous and it will take you less than 10 minutes to complete. Please could you kindly complete the survey before Tuesday 20^th June.
