Parent Update

Dear Parents/Carers

We are aware that many parents will have heard, through social media and local media, that schools in Leeds have had to follow Local Authority guidance in reference to threatening emails. Schools, Local Authority and police are all following there procedures and as a school we have been advised to be extra vigilant with site security. Your children’s safety is paramount to us and we have followed the guidance provided. The usual procedures will be in place for the end of the day for picking children up. Year 5 and 6 children will be allowed to walk home as normal unless parents have phoned the office to arrange to pick your child up.

I can understand parents may have concerns having read social media and news accounts and want to reassure our community.
