Reception – Newsletter – 22.10.20

What a fantastic end to our first half-term in Reception! The children have done so well in leaning this half-term. This week they have enjoyed learning new sounds p and i and they’ve been making repeating patterns using natural objects from the school’s garden and field. As a grand finale, the children displayed their mathematical thinking by creating patterned fruit kebabs before devouring them just as soon as they were created. 

It’s been a lovely first halt-term and we very excited about our Toy Town topic next half-term. For now, though, we hope you all have a super week off!
