Telephone issues
We have been informed by our telecom provider (who provide service for the majority of schools in Leeds) that the upgrade they instigated at the beginning of September has caused issues. One of them is the ability to pick up voice messages. If you have left a voice message for school since the 1st September it will not have registered on the system. Until they can find a solution, if you are unable to speak to the office direct, please send an email to info@cookridge.leeds.sch.uk. If you have left a voice message please contact school again as we will not have received it. Please accept my apologies on their behalf.
