To all the budding runners out there – Eccup 10 Junior Events
Hello! Please forgive this uninvited contact from Abbey Juniors Running Club.
We hope you won’t mind us sharing the details of our annual Eccup 10 Junior events and kindly asking you to please share this with your students and running club members as we would be delighted to welcome them with their families to join our event.
All participants will receive a medal and trophies are awarded to the first 3 Female and Male finishers in the following categories: Primary Yrs 3&4; Yrs 5&6 and High School Yrs 7&8; Yrs 9 and above.
What: Races for school years 3 to 6 (1 mile) and 7 to 12 (2 miles) – all chip timed
Where: Bedquilts Field in Adel
When: 9:00am Sunday 7 July
Our 1km Family Fun Run starts at approximately 09:45am and is suitable for all ages.
Register on the Day at the Abbey tent on Bedquilts Field. £2 entry
Abbey Runners make a substantial donation from all entries to
Hollybank Trust and
Women’s Health Matters Leeds. Additional voluntary donations can be made to either charity with your entry, 100% of which will go to your chosen charity.
All abilities are welcomed and encouraged to join in. Due to being on the field, regretfully, it is not viable for wheelchair users.
