Tuesday Group – Forest School

This afternoon we enjoyed some lovely warm sunshine and were tasked with creating summer wands. Using secateurs, gloves, string, tape and glue, we had to find an appropriate stick to be the shaft, an interesting to leaf to add to the top and attach them together the way we thought best. Using the coloured string and other natural resources we found, we then decorated our wands how we wished to add that little extra sparkle to them! When completed, we used our creations in role-play and scenarios helping us to improve our confidence, speaking and listening!
