UKS2 – Class 9 – School Wellbeing Activity Programme (swap)
This afternoon, Class 9 had their last SWAP session with Mr Long. All pupils have developed their knowledge and understanding of the programme which has consisted of six 1-hour sessions focusing on four key themes that are most important to young people’s wellbeing: How I Move, How I Eat, How I Sleep and How I Feel (these focus on physical activity, sugar content of foods and drinks, hydration, fruit and vegetables, sleep hygiene, sleep and screen time, emotional wellbeing and resilience).
