UKS2 Only – Climate Action drop off/pick up – ACTION NEEDED

As you know, we have our Climate Action Day on Wednesday 26th June. As part of the day, we have asked if parents/carers could let school know whether they will be dropping their child at Leeds Trinity or whether they will be coming to school and using school provided transport/walking.

Thank you to those of you who have filled the form in giving permission and letting us know. If you haven’t done that yet, please clink the link at the bottom of this post. For those that have, please could you fill out the following form letting us know who will be dropping off and collecting your child so we can ensure safeguarding procedures are in place. We will not be able to allow children to be collected by an adult if they have not been named. Children have informed us that their friend’s adults may be doing this – please fill in the form letting us know this!

If this form is not filled in and your child is being collected, only someone on their named collection list will be able to do this if we have not been notified via the form below.

Please also select if you DO NOT give permission for Leeds Trinity University to take pictures of yur child.
