UKS2 – Year 5 – Leeds Lieder trip

This afternoon, some children from Year 5 had the opportunity to attend a concert led by Leeds Lieder which followed the workshop last week.

The children enjoyed performances in the style of art song. This included music composed by Schubert, Britten, Scarlatti and Bennett. 

It was a fantastic afternoon, which concluded in the children performing the song they had composed during the workshop. They sang beautifully and with confidence – well done!
