VERY IMPORTANT SURVEY

Please read this incredibly important form and fill it out.

As you are aware the government have released guidance as to the potential reopening of school to children who are in Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 on June 1st 2020. The guidance we have to follow in order to keep the children safe has also been released. The Senior Leadership team is already planning for the event, should it occur, in whatever form we believe to be the safest for children, staff and families. In an effort to plan as accurately as possible and keep the children as safe as possible, we are asking you to fill the form out below in order to gauge parents thoughts and the total number of children we would have to cater for.  

This is a REALLY important form and the basis for our risk assessments, staffing, routines and protocols. So, PLEASE take the time to fill it out. We must receive a form from everyone otherwise we will make the assumption that if you do not respond, that is you saying that your child WILL return to school when it is open. This survey will be closed as of 9:00am, Monday 18th May 2020.
