Year 1/2 – Class 2 – Sunflower investigation

Dusty the Alien landed in Class Two today and wanted to find out about a strange item she had found. We discovered that this strange item was in fact a sunflower! We researched and investigated all about sunflowers including, what they need to survive, what their seeds are used for and what they look like. Did you know that some sunflowers can grow to be taller than an elephant?!
